Veerender Shadipuram is a Founder & CEO at 4D Entertainers and responsible for the overall vision & strategy of 4D Entertainers. He spearheads 4D Entertainer's growth efforts by focusing on strategic alliances Pan-India. He plays a key role in developing the company's business strategies and entry into new geographies. He most recently served as Business Head South India at TurnOn Events (Maa Communications Bozell Ltd). At TurnOn Events, he was charged with managing TurnOn’s most important geographies that accounted for a majority of the company’s revenue. He and his team provided strategy, planning, & organizing of events from conception through to completion as it relates back to the overall goals and objectives of the company. Veerender has 15 years of extensive experience in events industry. He has worked in various capacities with top event management companies in India like TOI 360 Degrees, Percept D Mark and TurnOn Events (Maa Communications Bozell Ltd). Veerender completed his graduate studies (B.Com.) from Osmania University, AP. Veerender believes that good management is the art of making problems so interesting and their solutions are so constructive that everyone wants to get to work and find a solution. He is an avid traveller and is the proud father of one child. In 2010-11 he has been a guest lecturer at Hyderabad Advertising Institute sharing the valuable information on Event Management Practices, enriching the students with the latest updates of the Industries and Technicalities. The Students are bestowed with the knowledge about Industry needs, and latest technical updates.
